This sweet print of a robin was made using a technique called chine-collé. The color of the robin's chest is Japanese washi paper - not ink! The washi is adhered to the paper simultaneously with the inked bird. This results in a unique print with an extra handmade touch.
This print is approximately 4” x 6”, made with oil-based ink and washi paper, and printed on white kozo paper.
